Additional Information	Prices based on hrs or miles, whichever is greater.  10% fuel surcharge applies to all hourly and mileage charges.  No penalty for cancellation if done prior to 24 hrs of charter start.  Cancellations within 24 hrs will bill only reasonable costs if any incurred.  If the driver is sent to the site before the charter is cancelled there will be a $150.00 per bus charge for cancellation.  Minimum 4 hr notice required to charter a bus. Many cities have enacted ordinances making bus idling a finable offense. Please verify with your chosen carrier that they are able to meet your needs in this area.
